Mark Miller is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Constellation Software. He also serves as Executive Chairman of Volaris Group and Chairman of the Board of Lumine Group.
Mark is committed to giving back to the business community and serves on the board of ventureLAB and VoxCell BioInnovation. Mark previously served on the boards of Medgate (now known as Cority), a Toronto-based market leader in occupational health and industrial hygiene software; and Computer Modeling Group, a Calgary-based software technology company with hundreds of oil and gas clients and consulting firms across the world.
