Toronto, Canada – August 24, 2026 – Volaris Group today announced the acquisition of L5 Networks, a Brazilian pioneer in cloud-based corporate communications solutions and one of the country’s leading omnichannel and corporate collaboration platforms.
Since its founding in 2005 and throughout more than 20 years of history, L5 Networks has been driven by the purpose of delivering comprehensive cloud-based corporate communications solutions. The company was the first to make Cloud PBX available in Brazil as a SaaS offering. Today, L5 Networks serves more than 1,000 active customers and hundreds of thousands of users across eight major industry segments, offering a broad portfolio of technology, communication, and collaboration solutions. Its offering addresses a wide range of organizational needs, including communications, customer service, relationship management, productivity, management, and IT infrastructure, through integrated, scalable solutions focused on digital transformation.
“The acquisition of L5 Networks reinforces the Volaris Group’s commitment to expanding its presence in the corporate communications and cloud communications sectors in Brazil, while broadening our ecosystem of solutions focused on collaboration, customer service, and customer experience,” says Ricardo Pinho, Group Leader at Volaris.
“L5 Networks has exactly the attributes we look for: consistent growth and a very strong recurring revenue model. This acquisition reinforces our discipline of investing in software businesses with strong market positions and long-term growth potential,” explains Eduardo Miyaki, Portfolio Head of M&A at Volaris, who led the acquisition of L5 Networks.
“L5 Networks was built on a foundation of continuous innovation and close relationships with our customers. Joining a global group like Volaris strengthens this journey and expands our growth potential, while preserving the values that have brought us this far,” says Paulo Chabbouh, Founder and CEO of L5 Networks.
In line with Volaris’ management model, L5 Networks will continue to operate as an independent business unit, retaining its name, brands, and current leadership, within the Ricardo Pinho Group, part of the Volaris Latam portfolio, the largest Constellation Software portfolio in Latin America, managed by Puneet Soni.
