Constellation Software named to Newsweek’s Greatest Workplaces for Leadership 2026

Constellation Software, the parent company of Volaris Group, was named to Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Leadership 2026 list in the 5,000 to 20,000 employee category. While Constellation Software has a global presence, we have acquired many businesses in the U.S. The ranking, produced by Newsweek in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, recognizes employers whose leadership inspires through clear vision, transparency, and employee empowerment.

The methodology combined a nationwide survey of more than 77,000 working professionals, with research drawing on more than 37 million data points across more than 120 KPIs tied to leadership, provided by HR analytics firm Aniine.ai. Metrics included overall satisfaction scores from online employee reviews, satisfaction with management, employee happiness, and worker appreciation.

Constellation Software featured in “The Compounders” book

Volaris Group’s parent company is one of nine companies profiled in The Compounders: From Small Acquisitions to Giant Shareholder Returns, a 2025 book by authors Oddbjørn Dybvad, Kjetil Nyland, and Adnan Hadziefendic. The book examines how disciplined capital allocation, high-performing decentralized cultures, and a commitment to investing for the long-term have created generational wealth and delivered durable returns. One of the co-authors appeared on a May 2025 episode of Constellation Software’s CSI Chat podcast, speaking with VP of Finance Scott Denneny.

For business owners who are looking to sell, this book gives more insight into how Constellation Software and Volaris Group operate differently from private equity acquirers.
