Volaris Group Acquires Hospedia Limited

Volaris Group, through its Kinetic Solutions Limited business, has acquired the shares of Hospedia Limited (“Hospedia”), a leading provider of point of care hardware and software to hospitals in the United Kingdom. Approximately 130 hospitals utilize Hospedia’s in-hospital bedside terminals to help patients access information about their care, order meals and more.
