Constellation Software Acquires BMS Computer Solutions

Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has purchased the shares of BMS Computer Solutions (“BMS”) of Ipswich, UK. BMS provides IT services and software solutions to the agricultural industry; its solution portfolio includes the MillMaster, MasterTrader and Trader suite of products.
