MARK MILLER
CEO, Volaris GroupMark Miller has served as Chief Executive Officer of Volaris Group since the company's inception in 2011. He co-founded Trapeze Group in 1995, which was the first company acquired by Constellation Software, Inc. Miller also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at CSI and sits on the company's board.

LAWRENCE A. CUNNINGHAM
Author, Academic & Constellation Software Board MemberLawrence A. Cunningham is a professor emeritus at George Washington University, where he teaches corporate culture, corporate governance, and corporate law. He has written dozens of books, including best-sellers about Berkshire Hathaway and Warren Buffett. Cunningham sits on the board of Volaris Group's parent company, Constellation Software, Inc (TSX: CSU).
He is also Special Counsel at Mayer Brown LLP, where he advises corporate boards on all matters, including corporate culture and governance. -
LUKE WARREN
CEO, KineticLuke Warren started as Head of Sales & Account Management at Kinetic in 2017, shortly after the company was acquired by Volaris. In the three years that followed, he served as Chief Sales Officer, then Chief Commercial Officer before becoming Kinetic's Chief Executive Officer in 2020.
