My name is Debra Dallmeyer, I am director of sales and marketing for Travisoft. Travisoft does SaaS solutions for the benefits administration industry.
People were excited about a change. We had been in business for at the time 26 years and there's always some hesitancy with an acquisition of course. People wonder what does this mean for our day to day? What does this mean for my job? But I think on the other side there was this hope and excitement for what can we do now and how can we better our organization.
I would say my favourite part of being a part of Volaris is the resources that we have. It's really what you make of it. We have a great marketing community, sales resources, we're constantly being given opportunities to learn new trends, hone our skills, and really be the top of our roles and our professions.
It really is, if you want the assistance, if you want the support - it is there for you.
It all starts with the people. That is my favourite thing that I have experienced being a part of Volaris, is that they really do focus on your people. They want to make sure that every single person's talent is developed and that every single person is in the right spot for them. That not only benefits the organization but makes that person excited to come into work every single day. From investing in the people - I've never been in an organization that I've been invested in so much - and have one on ones with people from all different levels up to the C Suite and being felt that I really did make a difference in the organization. Never had that in any other company.
By investing in your people, they invest in your company, they invest in your product, they invest in the customers. It really does start with your people, with your employees, and Volaris really realizes that. I would say to someone that is looking at being acquired by Volaris, your people are in good hands, your company is in good hands.
